410 Units of Blood Donation done through Blood Donation Camp Organized at CIMAGE on the occasion of Martyr’s Day

On 30th January 2023, CIMAGE College hosted a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Mahavir Cancer Institute, Maa Blood Bank, and PMCH. The event was a resounding success, with over 400 units of blood being donated by students, faculty, and members of the community on the occasion of Martyr’s Day on the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. A 20-member team led by Dr. Subodh ji from Mahaveer Cancer Institute and a 22-member team led by Dr. Aman from Maa Blood Bank and PMCH. An 8-member team had arrived under the leadership of Dr. Niharika. A total of 209 units of blood were donated to Maa Blood Bank, 146 units to Mahavir Cancer Institute, and PMCH received 55 units of blood. Blood bank representatives said that such a large number of blood donations is a state-level record in itself in Bihar.
