Career Mahakumbh organized for the First Time in Patna by CIMAGE
Demonstrations of Robo-War, Drone Show, AI-ML, Game Development, Ethical Hacking etc. took place in Mahakumbh. Thousands of students from all over Bihar participated in Career Mahakumbh.
At the Career Mahakumbh organized by CIMAGE Group of Institutions, the crowd’s enthusiasm was sky-high when robots clashed during the ‘Robo War’. During the ‘Robo Soccer’ game, as the robots scored goals, the sound of applause echoed through the venue. When drones performed aerial stunts, the atmosphere became electrifying. The excitement peaked when the farming drone showered raindrops (water sprays) on the audience, filling the campus with the sound of thunderous applause. Attendees also got the chance to explore the world of Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, MR, XR, and the Metaverse.
The event, Career Mahakumbh, marked the first time in the state that students were offered live demonstrations of over 21 career options, along with insights into job opportunities and career prospects in these fields.
The event was organized by the CIMAGE Group of Institutions. During the program, Director of the CIMAGE Group, Prof. Neeraj Agrawal, and Dean Prof. Neeraj Poddar shared information on future-oriented courses in management and information technology, which would help students stand on their own feet. Additionally, students who had secured campus placements were honored with a ceremonial turban.
Students also demonstrated live sessions on various technologies such as robotics, drone technology, game development, Robo-War, augmented reality, virtual reality, MR, XR, the metaverse, cybersecurity, ethical hacking, stock market, GST returns, digital marketing, big data, generative AI, prompt engineering, data sciences, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence, Robo races, Robo soccer, drone shows, animation, e-commerce web making, Flutter-based app making, and more. It was the first time that students in Bihar had the chance to see, understand, and get exposure certificates for such a wide range of options in a single day. Registration, participation, and certification were all free. Additionally, students were provided with an inspiring book written by Swami Vivekananda at no cost.
Prof. Neeraj Agrawal, the event coordinator, explains that “82% of students in Bihar discontinue their education after completing their 12th grade. The goal of this event was to inform Bihar's youth about job-oriented courses available after intermediate studies and to provide them with proper career guidance. The quality of education at CIMAGE Group is reflected in the fact that university gold medals have consistently been awarded to CIMAGE students. CIMAGE students are not only employed across India but also abroad, working in numerous companies like Wipro, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, Microsoft, Intel, PayPal, Rackspace, ICICI Bank, HDFC Mutual Fund, Amazon, Punjab National Bank, SBI, and more.”
CIMAGE Group Director Megha Agrawal said that CIMAGE is the first college in the Patna Bihar to organize such a large-scale event aimed at informing students about modern career options in management and information technology. Graduation happens only once in life. If you have to do it once, do it from the best college and choose the best course.” Dean Prof. Neeraj Poddar further advised students to study at colleges that provide four to five hours of daily learning, where their English communication skills, soft skills, and personality are developed. He also highlighted the importance of learning advanced technologies and the availability of campus placements for thousands of students.
