CIMAGE College Hosts Ram Navami Celebration with the Theme
“Management Lessons from the Life of Lord Ram”
On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the CIMAGE Group of Institutions organized a meaningful and grand event at its newly established campus in the Patliputra Industrial Area, Patna. The program was centered around the theme “Management Lessons from the Life of Lord Ram”, blending spiritual values with practical insights into leadership and management.
The event was led by Dr. Prof. Neeraj Agrawal, Director, CIMAGE Group of Institutions, who addressed the students and faculty members. In his address, he highlighted that the life of Lord Ram offers not only spiritual guidance but also timeless lessons in leadership, responsibility, and ethical management.
Dr. Prof. Neeraj Agrawal, explained how Lord Ram exemplified qualities such as discipline, patience, decision-making, and commitment to duty, which are essential attributes of an effective leader and manager. He emphasized that Lord Ram’s unwavering adherence to Dharma and justice, even in the face of adversity, serves as a powerful example for students aspiring to become responsible professionals and leaders.
As part of the celebration, hymns in praise of Lord Ram were sung, followed by the collective recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa. The entire gathering participated with devotion and unity, creating a serene and spiritually uplifting atmosphere on campus.
A significant highlight of the event was the collective recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa 5,000 times, which infused the campus with a sense of devotion, positivity, and shared faith.
During the session, Dr. Prof. Neeraj Agrawal further elaborated on key management lessons drawn from Lord Ram’s life. He emphasized that Lord Ram exemplified the qualities of an ideal leader—someone who remains disciplined, patient, and focused while fulfilling responsibilities.
He cited examples from Lord Ram’s life, including his willingness to sacrifice personal comfort for the greater good and his ability to make decisions with empathy and fairness. These examples, he noted, underline the importance of understanding team dynamics, maintaining moral integrity, and leading with compassion—core principles of successful management.
Concluding his address, Dr. Prof. Neeraj Agrawal, encouraged students to adopt these values in their academic and professional lives. He emphasized that true leadership lies in staying committed to one’s goals while working collaboratively and responsibly for collective success.
The program concluded with a collective pledge to uphold the values of unity, brotherhood, ethical conduct, and social service. The Ram Navami celebration at CIMAGE thus emerged as a thoughtful blend of spiritual reflection and professional learning, offering students valuable insights into leadership and management inspired by the life of Lord Ram.
