Every year roughly around 600 Students graduate from our CIMAGE Group of Institution. Majorly we have BCA, BBA, BBM, B.Sc.IT & B.Com Graduates. We do have some PGDM Course (MBA equivalent offered by AIMA) Students also. You can participate in Campus Placement Drive or we can share the details of interested candidates with you as per your job-description. We can also conduct the interview & assessment activities in an online manner, or we can also coordinate a walk-in interview of shortlisted candidates at your office.
We have compulsory Internship Program of one month in the final semester of BBA Course similarly we have three months article ship/internship in B.Com (Professional) course curriculum. These students are highly energetic and they come with a new perspective with regards to business models and processes. Engaging interns would be a great idea if you want to infuse new energy in your organization. We want to allow students only for internship opportunities where they get meaningful exposure and responsibility. We have a preference for only those internship opportunities which are backed with decent stipend. If you don’t pay, you don’t extract value, nor do you get any return on invested time and efforts.
It is an essential component of our Teaching Pedagogy for Business Management & IT education. A student can develop the practical insights of Production Management, Operations Management, TQM, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Relationship, Budget Controls, CSR and other various aspects of HRM, Operations, Industrial Safety, Environment & Waste Management and Quality only when he/she actually visits a large scale Unit and observes the practical implementations of theories learned in the classroom. Similarly getting real-time exposure to software and web-development environment is beneficial for IT students.
Students of Bihar usually lack in terms of industrial and corporate exposure as the number of Units functioning in the state is comparatively less. The visit to your unit (a knowledge sharing trip inside the unit with an expert, who can explain the students about the process) will yield exceptional practical insights to students. We request you to grant us permission for a Guided Visit for nearly 35-40 students along with 2-4 faculties. We also request you to provide a training/interactive session of at least 30 minutes to 1 hour for the benefit of the students.
Being a Best IT & Management College in Patna, CIMAGE offers Industry visit for students which give an opportunity to learn more about your Organization, Systems, Performance and it will be a new dimension of learning beyond the walls of classroom. During the visit, students would gather information which will help them to make a baseline assessment of your current practices which will go a long way in shaping their knowledge levels and skills.
The visit will include a tour of the industrial complex, with explanation of the various industrial processes and facilities by one of your representative. The visiting team will be accompanied by teachers. We would like to visit your premises as per your convenience on a suitable date suggested by you.
We believe accommodating industry perspective and addressing to the changing needs of industry is very important. Thus we have developed a Platform for Industry interaction wherein representatives from corporate sector meet students in classroom for giving them exposure on relevant topics. If you are an “Entrepreneur” or an “Intrapreneur” with a desire to share your valuable experiences then you are most welcomed at our institution for a knowledge sharing session. Usually we organize these sessions on Saturdays.
Apart from this, we would also request you to let us know if we can collaborate in any manner with your organization for the benefits of our students or for the training, development & orientation needs of your employees.
