An Unforgettable Musical Day at CIMAGE
On 24 November 2025, CIMAGE witnessed a truly mesmerizing cultural experience as it hosted a soulful musical performance in collaboration with SPIC MACAY. The event graced by the legendary Padma Bhushan awardee Pandit Sajan Mishra, whose presence made the day historic and unforgettable for students and faculty alike.
The auditorium resonated with the serene and powerful notes of Raga Madhubanti, followed by deeply moving classical compositions that touched every listener’s heart. A spellbinding jugalbandi of sur and taal created an atmosphere of pure musical bliss, immersing the audience in devotion, energy, and classical elegance.
Pandit Sajan Mishra ji was accompanied by Swaransh Mishra (vocals), Pt. Mithilesh Jha (tabla), and Sudhir Mishra (harmonium), whose harmonious coordination elevated the performance to an extraordinary level. Together, they beautifully showcased the depth, discipline, and emotional richness of Indian classical music.
Beyond the performance, the event also became a meaningful learning experience for students. They gained valuable insights into the essence of Indian classical music, its emotional expressions, and its deep connection with the soul and Indian cultural heritage.

Road Safety Education Awareness Programme at CIMAGE
On 12 December 2025, CIMAGE proudly organised an impactful Road Safety Education Awareness Programme in association with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH). The initiative aimed to educate and sensitize students about responsible road behaviour, traffic discipline, and life-saving practices essential for building a safer society.
The programme initiated by Dean Dr. Neeraj Poddar, who warmly welcomed the participants and introduced the esteemed guests. CIMAGE honoured to host:

During the session, students gained in-depth knowledge about key road safety laws, traffic discipline, and the common causes of road accidents. The speakers also emphasized safe driving and pedestrian practices, the importance of road safety awareness among youth, and the role of responsible citizens in reducing accidents.
A major highlight of the programme was the live demonstration of First Aid and CPR techniques, including hands-on training to help victims during the critical “golden minutes” of an emergency. This practical exposure helped students understand how timely and correct intervention can truly save lives.
The session was highly interactive, informative, and empowering, inspiring students to become more alert, responsible, and proactive on the road.

CIMAGE Group of Institutions Hosts Community Service Blanket Distribution Drive
On 6 January 2026, fulfilling its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare, CIMAGE Group of Institutions organized a Blanket Distribution Programme as part of its Community Service, Social Outreach Programme, and Extension Activity. The initiative was undertaken to support the underprivileged during the winter season, reflecting CIMAGE’s strong humanitarian values and dedication to social welfare.
The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Sanjay Saraogi, Member of Legislative Assembly and State Head, BJP; Shri Lallan Sarraf, Member of Legislative Council, Bihar; Shri Sanjay Paswan, Senior Leader, BJP; Shri Suresh Rungta, Senior Leader, BJP; and Shri Rajkumar Sultania, renowned businessman from Bihar. On 8 January 2026, OJAS Sports Meet 2026 was inaugurated with great pride and enthusiasm at Jagjeevan Ram Stadium. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Sharad Kumar Yadav, Vice-Chancellor, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, whose presence inspired students and athletes.
The event began with the hoisting of the CIMAGE flag, symbolising unity and sportsmanship, followed by an energetic student march past showcasing discipline and team spirit. OJAS Sports Meet 2026: Seven Days That Turned Students into Champions
OJAS Sports Meet 2026 concluded on 17 January 2026, marking seven unforgettable days of energy, discipline, and sportsmanship at CIMAGE. Organised at Patliputra Sports Complex, Kankarbagh and Jagjivan Ram Stadium, Danapur, the event brought together students from diverse courses and backgrounds, united by their passion for sports.
The meet featured a wide range of events including cricket, football, kabaddi, badminton, table tennis, kho-kho, wrestling, and track & field, with strong participation from women athletes showcasing confidence and determination.
The opening ceremony was graced by Prof. Sharad Kumar Yadav, Vice-Chancellor, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, along with Prof. (Dr.) Neeraj Agrawal, Mrs. Megha Agrawal, and Prof. (Dr.) Neeraj Poddar, inspiring students to compete with true sportsmanship. The closing ceremony on 17 January was honoured by Mr. Vivekanand Dubey, Mr. Alok Raj, and Prof. (Dr.) Neeraj Agrawal, where winners were felicitated with trophies and medals.
